Mechanism to Measure Beneficiary Satisfaction with E-Training Program Delivery

The Ideal Almutawroon Center enhances its e-learning program delivery practices by following a clear mechanism to measure beneficiary satisfaction, as outlined below:

Electronic Feedback Mechanism

An electronic survey link is sent to both trainees and trainers at the end of each course. The purpose of this survey is to measure satisfaction with the training programs, trainers, and to collect suggestions that may contribute to improving the effectiveness of the courses delivered through the platform.

Objective of Measuring Satisfaction

Understanding the opinions, feedback, and suggestions of beneficiaries of the center’s services and training programs helps in making timely and appropriate decisions. It also contributes to improving the e-learning process and distance education.

Target Group (Beneficiaries)

Surveys are distributed after each training course to both trainers and trainees. The questionnaire includes questions related to the training methodology, delivery method, trainer performance, and other relevant aspects.

Satisfaction Measurement Areas

Trainees evaluate the following aspects using a rating scale (High – Medium – Low):

1. Course Content Evaluation

  • Clarity of the training program objectives.
  • Comprehensiveness of the training material.
  • Appropriateness of the program duration.
  • Suitability of the training schedule.
  • Quality of presentation materials.
  • Degree of skills gained from the program.

2. Training Environment Evaluation

  • Level of interaction and engagement during training.
  • Audio quality in the virtual classroom.

3. Trainer Performance Evaluation

  • Mastery of the training content.
  • Punctuality in joining the virtual classroom.
  • Ability to manage the virtual classroom effectively.

Timing and Method of Measurement

An electronic link is sent to trainees and trainers at the end of each course to assess satisfaction with the training programs and trainers, as well as to gather suggestions that may improve the effectiveness of courses delivered via the platform.

Utilization of Results

The results of satisfaction measurement are used to support decision-making within The Ideal Almutawroon Center at the appropriate time. Feedback and suggestions from beneficiaries contribute significantly to improving and developing the e-learning and distance education services.
