Integrity Policy in E-Learning Environment
This policy aims to clarify the importance of all beneficiaries—whether employees or trainees—of The Ideal Almutawroon Center for Health Education and Training adhering to integrity in the e-learning environment. It also defines forms of integrity violations, as well as the procedures and penalties applied by The Ideal Almutawroon Center for Health Education and Training in case of violations, in order to reduce and prevent such misconduct.
Concept of Integrity and Its Importance
Integrity is a fundamental requirement in all dealings within the organization. It emphasizes honesty and trustworthiness for every individual in the e-learning environment, including trainers, trainees, and administrators.
Integrity represents an ethical system that governs the behavior of all individuals in the organization and provides principles and guidelines that regulate their conduct. It includes many aspects such as preventing cheating in exams, plagiarism, submitting non-original work, manipulating results, bias, falsifying documents, or bypassing regulations.
Accordingly, any action that violates others’ rights or involves misleading information or non-original work is considered a breach of integrity.

Procedures and Penalties
The Ideal Almutawroon Center for Health Education and Training applies monitoring and enforcement measures for violations as follows:
First: Violations (Categories)
Category One Violations:

Impersonating a trainee and attending on their behalf

Offensive or inappropriate language in messages or comments (public or private)

Use of inappropriate language during programs (written or spoken), or sharing content that violates Islamic teachings, Saudi regulations, or public etiquette
Category Two Violations:

Altering or tampering with broadcasting system settings

Publishing advertisements for companies or external entities during sessions
Category Three Violations:

Exceeding the allowed absence rate of 20% of the total training hours

Failure to comply with classroom discussion and participation rules as explained by the session supervisor and trainer before the program begins
Second: Penalties
Category One Violations:
The violator will be banned from completing the training program and will be prevented from enrolling in any future training programs at the center.
Category Two Violations:
The violator will be banned from completing the training program and will be prohibited from enrolling in any training programs at the center for a full academic year.
Category Three Violations:
The violator will be banned from completing the current training program.
This policy applies to all beneficiaries of The Ideal Almutawroon Center for Health Education and Training. The center is committed to enforcing this policy, and all employees are bound by it. Any violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action in accordance with the procedures of the center.
